Weight Loss update
Well, I'm still going to Curves 3 times a week and I've lost a bit of weight but it's the inches that count for me. 4 inches are gone with more to follow!!
My diet consists mostly of a shake for breakfast, snacking on trail mix and fruit all afternoon, then one helping of a balanced supper.
I'm looking forward to better weather when I can do more walking and geocaching 'cause I know that will only help the process!!
My shoulder & neck have really been bothering me this week so I'm glad to be seeing my physiotherapist this afternoon.
