January 31 - February 6

This was a new "normal" week for us. With Kent home for more hours in a day, he's getting some of those "honey-do" projects completed! Yay!

We finally sold our share in the company so that is no longer a burden for us! Praise God! Now we are listening carefully to Him for our next steps. Proverbs 3:5-6

Another completed project. Looks like Emily has a little
more time on her hands these days, too!

Please pray for our church family. There was a tragic accident at the ski hill here in Calgary last night that involved eight teen boys from our community... five of them are from our church. Twin brothers were killed, one is in serious condition, one is in stable condition, and one witnessed the accident and is not physically injured but must deal with the trauma. Our hearts are broken for these families and we want to serve them and encourage them as much as we can. Pray for physical healing, comfort for those who mourn, mental protection and healing, and that God would be glorified through this tragedy.... let it not go to waste but that some good would come from it. This is going to be a very difficult time for our church family and I pray it will knit us together and bring unity.
