Happy Day!

Welcome to the beginning of our Mexico 2011 vacation!!

I had some fabulous news today. As I did our online check-in for the first leg of our journey, the website confirmed that we can check one bag each under the plane for FREE!!! Yipppeee. We were originally under the impression that we'd have to pay 25.00 for each checked bag and were planning to take as much carry-on as we could. This means, of course, we can take more shoes! :-)

I'm also happy to report that, so far, my tummy has been fairly settled with only the occassional "butterfly" of excitement and anticipation. Thanks, Heather for the GABA tip.

Well, that's it for now. The house is clean, the laundry's done, the puppy is at her temporary house, Glynis is here to hold down the fort, and the bags are packed. Time to chill out, watch a movie (Tangled) and paint our nails. In the morning we leave the house at the crack of dawn (or before!).

Life is good and God has truly blessed us.
