Well, we've FINALLY got the hot tub up and running for the winter. Just getting the chemicals to balance so hopefully we can start using it tomorrow night... ahhhh.... or should I say, "SPAHHHHHHH!"
We've also managed to update our kitchen a little bit by putting new hardware on the cabinets. It's not a big change, but it's definitely an improvement over the old ones.
I like having a house to putter around in. There are always projects to work on both big and small in regards to time and/or money, but it's nice to just pick and choose what you want to work on next.
On a different note, we will probably be booking our Mexico trip this weekend!! Yippeee. As much as I like puttering around in my house, I like snorkelling in the Caribbean just that much more. Looks like we'll be taking the trip in May so it's still a long time to wait (a whole WINTER!) but it'll be nice knowing it's booked and waiting for us. This time the girls will be joining us so we're looking forward to showing them all the great places we saw and then exploring a few new ones together as well. This time we'll try and go to the Tulum Ruins as well as Xel-Ha - an eco-park fairly close to our resort.
Anyway, it's getting late and I've certainly used up my "extra hour" tonight! Just thought it was time to update the ol' blog.

It all sounds so wonderful. Speaking of May. I was thinking that maybe Diane and I might come for a visit after the Kelowna convention. Hopefully that works around your fabulous Mexico trip!!!
