Weight Loss Update

I'm still on the bandwagon, so that's good :-) I've lost 2 pounds, gone to curves twice, and did a deep-water aerobic workout tonight. I'm trying to be more careful about what kind of food choices I'm making... more protein and less carbs is my plan. I really need to drink more water, too. Anyway, my physio therapist noticed my 2 pound weight loss today so I guess that's a good sign! LOL
