Headaches 1

I've decided to cut back on my caffeine intake for a few weeks and see if that helps my headaches subside. In the meantime, I will journal my headaches here so I can keep track for future reference. Today I have not had a headache at all until about 8:00pm. Right now the headache is just "starting" but I'm going to guess I'll need advil before going to bed in two hours. Today my food intake has been:
  • at least 32 oz. water
  • 1 cup of fake coffee with flavoured cream
  • turkey
  • mashed potatoes
  • gravy
  • corn
  • yogurt bar
  • two pieces toast with marg. and honey

Exciting, I know ;-)

I also took the dog for a good long walk up on the burms... she got really muddy feet but they're mostly clean now. Gotta love that self-cleaning Pyr fur.

I'm really frustrated with my body shape. I do 100 "crunches" a day plus a few other stretching exercises, take the dog for a walk every night, and eat a normal amount of food. I still seem to be stuck at this weight/size forEVER!!! What's it gonna take to lose it? Going to the gym again? Maybe we should consider a membership at Cardel again this fall. I wonder if I could get the girls to work out with me or not?

Anyway, I've got to get some homeschool planning done tonight. Bye.
